Ultranit Asphalt is a geocomposite of high-modulus polyester yarns (PET, polyester) and a base in the form of a thin non-woven polypropylene fabric, with polymer-bitumen impregnation. Material Functions: - Increases elastic properties, thereby increasing the resistance of the roadway to rupture and tensile forces under prolonged loads; - Increases the distribution capacity of asphalt concrete as a result, the stresses from the car wheel are distributed over a much larger area, which helps to reduce the stress concentration and, consequently, slows down the formation of cracks, ruts, increases the overhaul periods, and reduces operating costs.
